Living with a dog who struggles can be exhausting. Walks become a challenging chore as you constantly scan ahead for other dogs, people, traffic or anything that might tip your dog into a negative reaction, ready to change direction at a moment's notice. If that sounds familiar, you're not alone and you're not doing doing anything wrong!

I've been there myself with my rescue Border Collie who found other dogs and traffic overwhelming, and my Labrador puppy who very enthusiastically wanted to be friends with everyone. As a Vet Nurse I saw first-hand out stressful vet and groomer visits can be for many dogs, as well as the worry that comes with leaving them home alone. That ongoing stress can really take its toll on both dogs and owners.

If this sounds familiar you're in the right place. I can help you enjoy life with your dog using ethical, effective methods that focus on reducing stress, building confidence, increasing your dog's focus on you and making everyday situations feel more manageable for you and your dog.

"Obama was extremely reactive to dogs. After working on building his confidence he greets and plays with dogs with no problems and I can easily call him away from dogs he seems wary of.
It's honestly like having a new dog."

How I can help you...
For dogs that avoid, bark, growl and lunge towards triggers inside and outside the home.
For dogs who whine, bark, howl, toilet, panic and/or chew when home alone.
For dogs who are sensitive to sounds, resource guard and fearful of grooming, handling and vet visits.

Every day I guide and support owners to help their dog overcome anxiety issues. I offer behavioural sessions where I create you and your dog a tailor-made plan to follow that fits in with your schedule to set you and your dog up for success.

The internet, social media, friends, family and neighbours often give you conflicting advice leaving you confused and unsure where to start. Let me guide you all the way.
